SPECIAL MEETING
LEVY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
September 30, 2004

The Special Meeting of the Board of Levy County Commissioners was held on September 30, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. in the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ meeting room, with the following Commissioners present:

Chairwoman Lilly Rooks
Comm. Danny Stevens
Comm.  Nancy Bell
Comm. Tony Parker

 Also present were:

County Coordinator - Fred Moody
County Attorney- Anne Bast Brown
Chief Deputy Clerk of the Court- Sheila Rees

EXPENDITURES

Comm. Stevens moved to approve the following expenditures for payment. Comm. Bell seconded and the MOTION CARRIED.

BUDGET

 Ms. Sheila Rees presented two (2) budget amendments.  Ms. Rees stated the following amendments:

1. Fine and Forfeiture Fund
     $56,900 from Reserve to Prisoner Housing.
2. Fire Fund
     $20,643.06 from Reserve to Contracted Services.

Comm. Stevens moved to approve the amendments. Comm. Parker seconded and the MOTION CARRIED.
