The Levy County Clerk of Court (hereinafter referred to as “Clerk”) is pleased to offer Internet access to certain public records of Levy County. Users should be aware and accept the terms of the following disclaimer.
- The Clerk will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the web version of the Official Records Index and the Board Minutes of Levy County. However, these records are not the official records. Only the Official Records Index and the Board of County Commissioners Minutes in the County Courthouse are to be considered the official records of the county, and should their be any difference between the web version and the one that resides at the courthouse, the Official Records Index and Board Minutes in the courthouse will take precedence.
- The Clerk disclaims any responsibility of, and will make no representation or warranty as to the quality, accuracy, content or completeness of any information contained on the web site version of the Official Records Index or Board Minutes. Assessing accuracy and reliability of information is the responsibility of the user.
- The Clerk will not be liable for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use or misuse of the web version of the Official Records Index or Board Minutes, and/or the information contained in it. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Clerk and anyone involved in storing, retrieving, or displaying this information for any damage of any type that may be caused by retrieving this information over the internet.
