COVID-19 – CORONA VIRUS ANNOUNCEMENT
The Florida Supreme Court has temporarily suspended jury selection proceedings from Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020. If you have been summoned to report for jury duty on Monday, March 16, 2020 or Wednesday, March 18, 2020 you are excused from appearance.
Parties to a case should contact their attorney or appear at their next regularly scheduled court event. Please monitor this page for updates.
While the risk of contracting COVID-19 remains low, the Levy County Clerk’s Office continues to monitor and take steps to prevent the spread of the virus. While this is a quickly changing situation, we remain committed to the health and wellness of our customers and employees. As of right now, we are open and operating normally. We are continuing to collaborate with our state and local officials and if there are any changes we will let you know immediately.
